It’s that time of year again! The Tour de France starts tomorrow. Over 180 cyclists will tackle 3,500 km in 21 grueling stages. Meanwhile, I’ll be glued to my TV watching every stage.
I’ll also be heading into my kitchen. As a tribute to the 96th running of the Tour de France, in the month of July Veggin’ will feature French vegetarian recipes. So, stay tuned! In the meantime, Viva Le Tour!
