I Went Vegan to Celebrate World Meat-Out Day

In celebration of World Meatout Day, I went vegan for the day. It was a gorgeous spring day outside, so I wanted to eat light and not spend too much time in the kitchen. So, what did I eat?

Toasted Tofurky and Vegan Gourmet Cheese Alternative with Dijon Mustard on vegan bread and tomato slices…IMG_0052

Fresh stove-popped popcorn sprinkled with nutritional yeast….

Artichoke and kalamata olive hummus, toasted wheat tortillas and cashews…

Asian pear slices…

Seitan sauteed in BBQ sauce, tabbouleh, fresh green salad and spinach with vegan cheesy sauce…
