Unfortunately, nut allergies for the little person in the house, and a very strong (and, in my opinion, very un-American*!) dislike for anything made of or with peanuts on the part of the cook mean that I'm on my own (read: rely on the kindness of strangers, as it were) for any cooked dish that has peanuts. Oh, well, I doubt this household would ever have 1/4 cup of peanut butter on hand, anyway, at the rate the one remaining member inhales it. Not unless I bought a backup jar for that specific purpose... That looks delicious.
