Cookbooks and Generosity…A Perfect Combination

A few months ago, I mentioned that I submitted my Spinach Stuffed Shells recipe to the BloggerAid: Changing the Face of Famine cookbook.   The proceeds of the cookbook will go to  the WFP School Lunch Program. I’m pleased to report that the cookbook is on the brink of being sent to the printer…so keep an eye out for details here.

cookbookpeoplelogoIn the meantime, the fine folks at Cookbook People, have made an offer I can not refuse. For every BloggerAid member post about Cookbook People, they will donate $20 to help offset the printing of the cookbook. Every dollar counts in this venture so I’m willing to help out where I can.

In the interest of full disclosure, I have never used their software or products but will download their free trial software to check them out. It would be nice to have all my vegetarian recipes in one place in a handy book, right? Perhaps even hand them out for holiday presents. Hmmm…

Thanks for your generosity, Cookbook People, and for helping a group of international bloggers who have joined in aid of world famine.

  1. Nicely done Beth. I’m also really liking the look of the blog. So professional looking.
I like the idea of creating your own cookbook and being able to gift some of the recipes or to create a personalized book as a gift. Now that’s ingenuity. Will you be needing my address or will you send it by email :)

    The Cookbook People ROCK!!!!

  2. Thank you so much for mentioning The Cookbook People and their generous offer Beth. The children at the School Meals Programme will be that much closer to being contributors to the global community. We love it when children are the beneficiaries.
